1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ChatFlow Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ChatFlow Solutions provides AI-powered chatbot and automation services for businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI chatbot setup and configuration
  • Lead capture and qualification automation
  • Appointment/viewing booking automation
  • Integration with third-party platforms
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Fees

Our services are offered at the following rates (excluding VAT):

  • Basic Chatbot: £297 setup fee + £97/month
  • Full Automation: £497 setup fee + £147/month
  • Premium: £797 setup fee + £247/month

3.2 Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon commencement of work. Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for chatbot setup
  • Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the right to use any content provided to us
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any illegal or harmful purposes

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the chatbot configuration and content created specifically for your business. We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, methodologies, and any pre-existing materials used in delivering our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatFlow Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

8. Service Level

While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly and keep you informed of any planned maintenance.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
